Our Basic Spit Roast Menu includes your selection of two oven roasted, spit finished meats. All Meats served with the appropriate condiments – Hot Gravy, Apple / Mint Sauces with Salt and Pepper

CHEFS AND WAITERS/WAITRESSES

To present your Basic Spit Roast, we recommend you utilise the services of our professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, present your buffet and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration.

  • Cost for chef – $140 

  • Cost for chef assistant – $120 

  • One Chef required for every 65 guests.

  • Cost for bar attendant – $160 for four hours

A surcharge applies for public holidays and for travel to extended areas.
